As I wrote in my last post about food-related courses, I decided to post about new online courses only when there are some truly new ones coming up. And the time has come now!
On the course page, the description promises to “create a more informed consumer about the quality, safety, healthfulness and sustainability of muscle foods and address current issues in animal agriculture in developed and developing countries”.
The course is provided by the University of Florida and takes 7 weeks. It doesn’t have any exam or final project.
