Hello everybody, long time no read! I know, I know. Only two posts in September, one in October and this is the first one in November. What happened? A lot…
It all started a long time ago when we (me and my boyfriend, I decided I will call him Mr A on my blog) decided to move to the Czech Republic. Finally in July we agreed that we will move to Prague in November. Suddenly, there were many things to research, find out, organize, sell, order etc. We had to quit our jobs and find new ones. The past two or three months were pretty busy, so there was not much time left for blogging. But now I‘m back!
I will hopefully start posting again on a more regular schedule now. I would like to continue with my Saturday street art series. Last year I did a small foodie Advent calendar series. I might do something similar this year as well, but the time is running out now…
There will be some final heron and dragonfly photo posts, until I use up the photos from my archive.
I will also finally write one post that I have been planning for a few years(!). Yes, I can definitely delay things. It will be about Stoke and I think it will perfectly wrap up the Stoke era in my life.
And of course I plan to write about Prague and our past and future holidays etc.
Stay tuned!
Meanwhile, here are some photos of Prague I took so far:
Edit (22.03.2018): Since Prague is really my favourite place now, I decided to use the photos in this post for this week’s Weekly Photo Challenge – the topic is, surprisingly, Favo(u)rite Place (click on the link to see more entries by other bloggers).
Damn these photos are so great! It definitely sounds like it’s gonna be an adventure for you guys 🙂 I went to Prague with my family last year in October and actually wrote a post about it, you’re welcome to check it out if you feel like it: https://ihaveabadsenseofhumor.com/2017/11/02/prague-is-not-a-city-in-italy/

This sounds so exciting! I hope you are enjoying your move to Prague thus far. I am actually going to be there for 1 week starting on Dec. 25th, and it is my first time visiting! I am so looking forward to exploring this gorgeous town with all the beautiful architecture and rich culture! If you have any good tips on “must see” around Christmas and New Years, please send them my way =)

It is exciting and I do enjoy it. If you are visiting for a week for the first time, then just plan the stay easy-peasy, you will probably have enough time to see everything you want. For inspiration, you can check http://www.prague.eu or http://www.pragueeventscalendar.com/en-gb/.

You know what? I just found out I must have mis-unsubscribed from your blog. I was wondering whether you took a break after such a prolific period you had in September or so. But when you commented, I went to check your blog and I found some new posts… Must have misclicked. At least now I will have stuff to read 😀

I see what you mean! It’s happened to me a few times too, I’m not sure if it’s some kind of glitch or if I’m really so clumsy (probably the latter). You aren’t missing anything much really, I seem to be hibernating these days and don’t blog about anything interesting (like I ever blog about something interesting). Anyway, have fun!
