Mariánské Lázně in autumn

On the way from Germany, where we were visiting a friend of ours, we didn’t only stop for a beautiful morning walk at Kladská.

The night before we slept over in Mariánské Lázně and in the morning we walked around the city. It was quite early and fairly cold, so there were not many people on the streets. At least we could enjoy the city stroll without hordes of tourists.

The sky was grey, but the colours of the buildings were matching the autumnish hues of the leaves on trees.

The colonnade was the highlight, obviously. We walked around and ended up in the room where you can taste the different mineral waters. So we did some water tasting and continued with the stroll.

I really wonder what the city looks like in summer when it’s, I guess, full of people. We have to come back one day.
