The bridge and the clock

Continuing from the last quick post, here is the next couple of snaps from the Czech capital.

The bridge and the clock – the two landmarks of Prague. Of course I mean the Charles Bridge and the Astronomical Clock.

This is the famous Charles Bridge as seen from Kampa. It is usually not that crowded at the bank of the river and the views are still great. You can stroll around, feed the swans and admire the panorama. Can you spot the refurbished statues on the bridge? So clean in comparison to the old, black ones.

And this is the refurbished astronomical clock, shining with bright colours. The statues that change in the window at the top of the hour are renovated as well.
